• Congress bag, printed materials, participation to scientific and social events are included within the Congress Registration fee.
• 20% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned registration fees.
• It is essential that payments are made in the foreign currency specified in the service fee. The organization rate is the CBRT effective selling rate on the day of check-in.

• Accommodation tax is included in the services specified above, and 10% VAT will be added.
• The accommodation package rates specified above are based on a bed and breakfast basis. Dinner at the hotel on 6 May 2027 is EUR 50 + VAT per person.
• Payments must be made in the currency specified for the service fee. The exchange rate applicable to the event will be the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) effective selling exchange rate on the hotel check-in date.
